Terms of use (summary). GLAYDZ connects professionals on the basis of mutual consent. GLAYDZ undertakes to take no commission on deals concluded between members, for the whole duration of the contract and its renewals — this is the “0% for life” commitment displayed on the site. GLAYDZ takes no commission on deals concluded between members, operates neither a wallet nor an escrow service, and does not intervene in agreements reached between members. Published content must be accurate, lawful and respectful; accounts that break these rules may be suspended after a reasoned decision, with a right of appeal. Current prices: Monetise €0; Sell €99 incl. VAT/year for life for payments confirmed before 2 November 2026 at 00:00 (Europe/Paris), then €290 incl. VAT/year for new customers; host event €490 incl. VAT; ticket €15 incl. VAT; Business €490 incl. VAT/year until 1 November 2026 inclusive, then €790 incl. VAT/year; Signal €29 incl. VAT (a need sent at once to members in the city); territorial ad €90 incl. VAT for 30 days.

Refunds and withdrawal. GLAYDZ paid offers are for professionals buying for their business. None of them carries a right of withdrawal: the contract is concluded at a distance between professionals, and access opens as soon as payment is made, at the buyer’s express request, the buyer waiving that right by ticking the box provided before paying (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Sell subscription: not refundable once paid. Club ticket: event on a fixed date, with no right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 12°); not refundable, unless GLAYDZ cancels the event or the room was already full when the payment arrived: the ticket is then refunded in full within 14 days. Host event: terms set out in the booking contract. Territorial ad: refunded if rejected at review; not refundable once shown. Signal: service performed as soon as payment is made, at the buyer’s express request; once sent, it is not refundable. GLAYDZ guarantee (no refund): a Sell member who has received no referral in their first 90 days gets, on request, a 30-minute video call with the founder to rework their profile.

Reporting. Any content can be reported from the interface or by e-mail. Every report receives a reasoned decision, with the possibility of appeal.

“Let’s recommend each other” feed and moderation. Members post in the feed under a 6-rule charter, shown to them as they write. Each member’s first 3 posts, and any post that calls out a person or a company, are read by a person before they appear. No decision is made by an automated system alone. Removed content is always removed with a written reason, visible to its author. The feed is in time order: no one pays to show up in it.
